1. General
By using IvoryBlooms and our services, you agree to these terms. We may update them occasionally; continued use means you accept the updated version. Material changes are announced in the monthly Ivory Journal.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices can change without notice — you pay the price shown when you checked out.
- We may cancel orders placed against obvious pricing errors, with a full refund.
- Confirmation is subject to flower availability on the morning of dispatch.
3. Delivery
- Delivery windows are best efforts. Traffic, weather and temple processions can cause 20–60 min delays.
- Recipient must be available — our rider holds for 90 minutes and calls before arrival.
- For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 14:00 IST.
4. Cancellation & refunds
- Cancel up to 2 hours before dispatch for a full refund.
- Inside the 2-hour window, we can often reschedule but not cancel, because the arrangement is already being made.
- Refunds to the original payment method, processed within 5–7 working days.
5. Quality guarantee
100% fresh on arrival. If anything isn’t right, WhatsApp us a photo within 2 hours of delivery and we’ll replace the arrangement or refund in full — no back-and-forth.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
