1. Where we deliver
Across India and the immediate Braj region — Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata. Outside of Agra & Braj, we don’t ship — we’ve built the business around being able to vouch for every delivery.
2. Same-day cutoffs
Same-day delivery requires orders placed before 2:00 PM IST for Sadar and Civil Lines. Other wards have slightly earlier cutoffs — see the Locations page for specifics.
3. Charges
- Standard delivery: Free on orders above ₹499.
- Standard under that threshold: ₹49 flat.
- Late evening (20:00–22:00): +₹49.
- Midnight delivery (23:00–00:30): +₹99.
4. Slots
- Morning · 08:00–12:00
- Afternoon · 12:00–16:00
- Evening · 16:00–20:00
- Late evening · 20:00–22:00
- Midnight · 23:00–00:30
5. Delays
Heavy rain, sandstorms, temple processions or wedding baraats can add 20–60 minutes. We’ll SMS you with any delay. If a delay means the flowers would arrive outside their freshness window, we’ll refund in full without being asked.
6. Recipient unavailable
Our rider calls 15 minutes before arrival and holds for up to 90 minutes. If no one can receive, we re-deliver next morning at no extra charge — or leave with a trusted neighbour/security if you’ve consented to it.
