1. Cancel before dispatch
You can cancel any order up to 2 hours before dispatch for a full refund. Inside that window, we can often still reschedule but not cancel, because the arrangement is already being tied at the bench.
2. Same-day & mid-process orders
- Same-day orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing.
- Once flowers are being cut, we switch from cancellation to reschedule — you can push the delivery by a day or change the recipient, but the arrangement itself will be made.
3. When we cancel for you
Rarely, we can’t source a flower on the morning of dispatch — the mandis don’t always get the variety we expected. In that case we’ll WhatsApp you, suggest a substitute, and refund in full if you prefer. No questions, no delays.
4. Non-cancellable
- Personalised arrangements (hand-written Hindi cards, custom Charbagh patterns) once we’ve started.
- Same-day orders past the 30-minute window.
- Wedding or corporate bespoke orders are governed by a separate agreement.
5. Refund timelines
Approved refunds land in 5–7 working days to the original payment method. UPI is usually fastest. We’ll email a confirmation the moment the refund is initiated.
