2. Eligible for refund or replacement
- Flowers delivered damaged or wilted on arrival
- Wrong arrangement delivered
- Significant quality issues with the cut or tie
- Delivery not attempted on the scheduled date
- Missing items from a multi-item order
3. Not eligible
- Natural wilting after 4–6 days (normal for fresh flowers with proper care)
- Damage caused by the recipient after delivery
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer
- Orders refused or unclaimed after a 90-minute rider hold
- Change of mind after successful delivery
4. How to report an issue
- Within 2 hours of delivery — WhatsApp +919230721098 with your order ID and a photo.
- Our quality team reviews the case within 2 working hours.
- Resolution — approved refunds land in 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Replacements are delivered the same evening or the next morning.
5. Reporting window
All quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo evidence. Beyond that, natural wilting has usually begun and we can’t reliably distinguish it from a quality issue.
