Do you deliver outside Agra?+

Only within Agra district and the immediate Braj region — Mathura, Vrindavan, Fatehpur Sikri. We’ve built the business around being able to vouch for every delivery — and beyond that, we simply can’t.

What’s the cutoff for same-day?+

14:30 IST for Sadar & Civil Lines; 14:00 for Taj Ganj; 13:30 for Dayalbagh, Sikandra and Kamla Nagar; next-morning for Mathura, Vrindavan and Fatehpur Sikri.

Can I add a cake to a flower order?+

Yes — most signature arrangements have a “pair with a cake” option on the product page. Our 12 bakers start at 04:00, so same-day cake pairing is fine until 12:00 noon.

Handwritten Hindi notes — is it genuinely handwritten?+

Yes, one of our florists will write your message on a khadi card. You choose Hindi (Devanagari), Urdu, English, or a mix. It adds ₹99 and ~15 minutes to the prep time.

What if the recipient isn’t home?+

Our rider calls the recipient 15 minutes before arrival, and holds for up to 90 minutes. If no one can receive, we re-deliver next morning at no extra charge — or leave with a trusted neighbour/security if you’ve consented to it.

Do you do corporate orders?+

Monthly desk flowers, Diwali/Holi hampers, Akshaya Tritiya boxes for clients — yes. Write to meera@ivoryblooms.com with your headcount and we’ll send a proposal within a day.

Do you keep stock, or make to order?+

Make-to-order, always. There is no warehouse. Each arrangement is cut and tied on the morning of your delivery.

Can I cancel or change an order?+

Up to 2 hours before dispatch — full refund. Inside the 2-hour window we can often still reschedule but not cancel, because the arrangement is already being made.
